Qualifications

• 8+ years of grants management experience.
• Proficiency with Fluxx grants systems.
• Strong communication and relationship management.
• Experience with private foundation and 501(c)(4) grantmaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants process from application to close, including due diligence and reporting.
• Improve knowledge management and training for program staff.
• Lead grants administration and supervise two Grants Associates.
• Ensure compliance with IRS rules and legal requirements.
