Job summary

Texas CASA, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Grants Management Specialist to oversee VOCA funds across 74 local CASA programs. You will manage grant administration, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and support accurate disbursement of funds while guiding local programs in budgets, reporting, and documentation.

The role requires strong grant regulatory knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Excel, grant management tools, and the TX/GMS frameworks.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of grants management experience including knowledge of grant regulations (Uniform Guidance, TxGMS).
• Experience working with non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual pass-through grant applications and budgets.
• Process monthly reimbursements (RFRs) and grant adjustments.
• Prepare and submit VOCA grant reports and financial documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to local CASA programs on grants processes.
