Qualifications

• Strong writing, research, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Past experience managing employees; 5+ years with nonprofits; 3+ years grant writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and serve as the client contact.
• Develop grant proposals, letters of intent and progress reports.
• Draft copy for website content and annual reports as needed.
• Supervise Grants Specialists and provide feedback for growth.
• Provide input on program design and evaluation methods.
• Conduct prospect research with Grant Specialists.
• Research peer-reviewed data to develop needs statements.
• Commit to at least 8 hours per week of client meetings.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and perform other duties.
