Join one of the state’s largest and most respected community mental health providers, where your work directly changes the lives of local individuals and families. At Riverbend, you’re not just filling a role—you’re helping transform lives and strengthen our community.

At Riverbend, you’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that is deeply committed to both client care and employee growth. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where your voice matters, your contributions are recognized, and your career can thrive.

  • Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and funder rules. Maintain pristine, audit-ready financial files, manage cost-sharing/matching requirements, and spearhead audit preparations.
  • Grant Closeout & Sustainability: Lead financial closeouts, resolve lingering commitments, and support executive leadership in forecasting long-term financial sustainability and program renewals.
  • CCBHC & Program Support: Partner with clinical, quality, and data teams to align spending with approved scopes of work. Translate dense financial compliance guidelines into clear, actionable insights for program staff.
  • Process Improvement & Analytics: Build dynamic financial dashboards, analyze spending trends, and pioneer improvements to internal controls and grant management workflows.
Why Join Our Finance Team?

Mission-Driven Impact: Play a vital role in supporting our identity as a CCBHC, directly fueling mental health and behavioral healthcare access in our community.

Professional Growth: Expand your expertise in complex healthcare funding, compliance architectures, and strategic financial planning.

Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a dedicated, mission-focused team of leaders, clinicians, and finance professionals.

Who You Are:
  • Experience: Proven background in financial management, grant administration, and compliance (experience within healthcare, behavioral health, CCBHCs, FQHCs, or non-profit finance is strongly preferred).
  • Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with government funding regulations, including Uniform Guidance and federal/state grant reporting requirements.
  • Analytical Prowess: Exceptional budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation skills with a meticulous eye for financial variances and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to partner seamlessly with both financial professionals and clinical/program staff.
