Guidehouse is hiring a Grants Management Consultant/Senior Consultant to support federal and state grant projects for government clients. You will contribute to strategic planning, financial management, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, delivering full lifecycle grants management solutions.

You will work with agency leadership to design, implement, and optimize programs, incorporating data analytics and AI-enabled tools while maintaining transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1+ year for consultant and 3+ years for senior consultant.
• Experience in grants management and familiarity with Uniform Guidance – 2 CFR 200.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with state and local government clients to establish or enhance grants management processes across the full lifecycle.
• Identify client needs and present practical solutions to challenges.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions with leadership.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop meeting agendas, materials, and talking points for discussions.
• Create high‑quality presentations to communicate objectives across multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality deliverables and knowledge management.
• Support business development activities and internal grants management training.
