Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal grant management experience.
• At least 1 year of leading federal grants projects in a consulting/advisory practice.
• Prior supervisory experience and proficiency in project management principles.
• Experience with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management projects from planning to delivery.
• Supervise and mentor project teams for quality outcomes and growth.
• Oversee compliance with grant terms and applicable regulations.
• Support grant applications, including research and proposals.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources.
• Deliver timely client reports, analyses, and recommendations.
• Advise on federally funded programs from agencies like US Treasury, HHS, Education.
• Build relationships across state/local/tribal governments, healthcare, non-profits.
• Contribute to knowledge management through training, webinars, and publications.
• Identify funding opportunities and interpret grant guidelines.
• Lead or support thought leadership in grants management.
• Occasional extended hours and travel to firm offices or client sites.
