Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking a Grants Management Information Technology Analyst to support the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women. The role will be performed in a hybrid capacity in or around NE Washington, DC with potential on-site requirements as federal staff may return.

The analyst will provide information management support for grant intake, processing, awarding, and post-award activities, and will assist federal staff with webinar and meeting technology.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of information management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in federal grant management lifecycle and process, preferably with DOJ grant management systems.
• Experience assisting Federal Staff in using technology for webinars, meetings, etc.
• Knowledge of and experience with IT systems including SharePoint, remote access, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated and experienced staff to support OVW’s grant application in-take, processing, awarding, and post-award functions.
• Support Federal and recipient users in Grant System usage.
• Assist Federal Staff in using technology for webinars, meetings, etc.
• Capability of learning additional software that may be required for the position.
• Operate within the federal grant management system lifecycle and processes.
