Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant experience; salary range $70K-$90K; eligible for performance-based bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, commuting support, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports pre-award activities, including reviewing grant applications and preparing applicant correspondence.
• Performs financial and data analysis, data validation, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Supports award processing, including generating award packages and coordinating approvals.
• Formats and redacts sensitive information per transparency requirements.
• Reviews post-award actions such as budgets and statements of work and prepares grant modifications.
• Conducts audit resolution activities and prepares determination documentation.
• Manages closeout activities, reconciling financial records and maintaining case files.
• Prepares reports, analyses, and completes special assignments with limited guidance.
