Job summary

Duplantisdesigngroup is seeking a Funding Manager to identify, pursue, secure, and manage funding opportunities that support our strategic priorities. You will oversee the full funding lifecycle, including grant applications, proposal development, compliance, reporting, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex funding programs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in grant management and funding development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with grant tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor funding opportunities at federal, state, and local levels.
• Lead preparation and submission of grant applications and proposals.
• Coordinate internal teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Oversee administration of grants and ensure compliance.
• Maintain funding pipeline, deadlines, and reporting.
• Build relationships with government agencies and funding partners.
