Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, public administration, communications, economic development, planning, government affairs, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with public-sector, agency, utility, port, economic development, infrastructure, or industry stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public funding programs, appropriations, grant lifecycles, and government decision processes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and translate intelligence into action.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, planning, and data discipline; CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Ability to travel and attend occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account development and relationship expansion within public-sector and infrastructure ecosystems.
• Funding intelligence, readiness strategy, grant positioning, and early project shaping.
• Engage government, agency, legislative, and planning-district stakeholders compliant with law and DDG policy.
• Originate qualified opportunities and hand off to the governed pipeline (Stage 0 Gate).
• Coordinate cross-service collaboration linking client needs to DDG capabilities across surveying, engineering, architecture, and program management.
