• Understanding of grant lifecycle management, compliance regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and private funding sources and their application processes.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for grant projects.
• Strong research ability to identify grant opportunities and align with Town priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive proposals and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to tailor grant proposals to funding opportunities addressing the Town’s needs.
• Solid financial management skills for budgets and reimbursements.
• Experience with grant management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to gather information and drive grant-funded projects.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify grant opportunities that match Town priorities.
• Develop, write, submit, and track grant proposals and inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare budgets, narratives, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and oversee reimbursements.
• Maintain timelines for applications, reports, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants and the Finance Department on grant administration.
• Communicate progress and issues to staff and supervisors.
• Represent the Town with funding agencies and organizations.
• Provide training opportunities on grant management as needed.
• Build relationships with funding partners to enhance opportunities.
