Job summary

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority seeks a Jobs Plus Program Coordinator (grant-funded) to coordinate case management services for residents. Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop case plans, and connect residents with educational and employment resources.

You will maintain confidential records, collaborate with partners, and help plan events that promote self-sufficiency and livable-wage outcomes for low- and moderate-income families in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, humanities, or related field with two years of human services/case management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Driver’s license valid in NV or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct a comprehensive case management plan for employment and self-sufficiency programs for adults.
• Develop and coordinate case management activities, including assessments, case plans, and monitoring services.
• Maintain case files and document client data in a database with complete records.
