Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of grant development/management experience.
• Experience with competitive grant proposals for government/foundations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using grant management systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of government, foundation, corporate, and institutional funding opportunities through all stages of the grant lifecycle.
• Research and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with agency priorities and goals.
• Lead development, coordination, and submission of competitive grant proposals and materials.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and departments throughout the grant process.
• Develop and maintain grant management systems, calendars, templates, and tracking tools.
• Monitor grant awards, compliance, reporting deadlines, and post-award activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and partners.
• Provide data and materials for grant applications and reports.
• Monitor funding trends and provide leadership with recommendations.
