Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Manager II, Grants & Institutional Giving to lead the organization’s grants program. You will shape strategy, manage a robust funding portfolio, cultivate funder relationships, and oversee proposal development, budgets, and compliance to meet annual grant revenue goals.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Development, you will supervise the Grant Writer and align grant activities with program growth and capital initiatives, driving funder-centered success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or education and professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years in grant development or institutional fundraising.
• Two (2) years minimum managing full grant lifecycle (research, proposals, budgeting, reporting).
• One (1) year supervising staff, consultants, or volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the organization’s comprehensive grants strategy.
• Manage portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, and compliance.
• Supervise Grant Writer and ensure CRM and documentation quality.
