Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Colorado seeks a Grants & Campaigns Manager to secure resources through grant development, strategic fundraising campaigns, and strong funder relationships. You will craft compelling proposals, manage donor communications, and ensure timely deliverables with a focus on community impact across Central Colorado.

The role requires exceptional writing, organizational prowess, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines well in advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus two years’ experience in fundraising or development.
• Or, Associate’s degree in related field, plus four years of experience in fundraising or development.
• Grant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong command of the English language, writing, grammar, and syntax

Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant funding opportunities and vet with leadership.
• Build and steward relationships with foundations, government funders, and organizations.
• Develop case statements to support funding needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and submit proposals to grantors with program, finance, and evaluation teams.
• Coordinate with finance, program, and evaluation staff to submit grant reports and site visits.
• Maintain grant calendar and grant files for timely submissions and reporting.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge to track grant correspondence, awards/declines, and reporting.
