Job summary

City and County of Denver’s Denver International Airport is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Associate Grant Analyst to join the Grants team. You will provide essential administrative and operational support for the airport’s grant portfolio and ensure timely, accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• One year of professional experience researching, analyzing, calculating, and compiling financial data, debt or portfolio administration, or financial statistical analysis.
• Education/Experience equivalency not substituted; additional education may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal DEN departments to understand projects, funding needs, and potential grant opportunities.
• Research federal, state, and local grant opportunities aligned with DEN goals and upcoming projects.
• Support all phases of the grant lifecycle: application development, award setup, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Monitor grant compliance, regulations, and funding requirements including 2 CFR Part 200.
• Provide administrative support among Grants team, program staff, funding agencies, and internal departments.
• Review policies, procedures, and accounting records to ensure compliance and maintain internal controls.
