Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) seeks a Grants Analyst to support the Senior Grants Administrator in managing federal, state, and local grants, including FAA programs.

You will help ensure compliance, assist with grant applications, tracking budgets, expenditures, and reporting for grants totaling over $150 million.

Work closely with airport departments and external agencies to ensure timely administration, procurement, and adherence to grant policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
• Two years of grants administration, finance, or related experience.
• Familiarity with grant processes and regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of approximately 25 grants annually, totaling over $150 million in funding for airport development and operations.
• Assists with researching funding opportunities from federal, state, and local entities and coordinating with departments.
• Assists in preparing grant applications including AIP and PFC programs.
• Manages day-to-day grant administration: tracking progress, expenditures, and maintaining grant files.
• Supports grant compliance by tracking requirements, deadlines, and reports.
