Stanford University’s Division of Endocrinology, Gerontology and Metabolism is seeking a Grants Manager/Finance Analyst to manage budgets and coordinate with the Office of Sponsored Research for sponsored projects. This hybrid eligible position supports award setup, cost transfers, and compliance, with focus on accurate reporting and forecasting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience, strong Excel and accounting skills, and the ability to work independently

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Develop, prepare, and manage project budgets with justifications
• Coordinate between principal investigators, OSR, and departments
• Set up awards; initiate cost transfers and monitor expenditures
• Review expenditures and advise on post‑award spending and compliance
• Develop reports and forecasts for project status and decision making
• Assist in contract closeout and audit documentation
• Advise on university and government policies for projects
• Serve as a technical resource to investigators and staff
• Lead process improvements and mentor staff
• Cross-train and participate in team projects
