Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Grants Manager or Finance Analyst in Academic Institution.
• Experience with Stanford financial systems (OBI, SeRA) and OSR/RMG processes.
• Experience with clinical trial management and billing.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and finalize project budgets with justification.
• Coordinate between principal investigators, OSR, and research groups; respond to sponsor inquiries.
• Ensure awards are set up properly and cost sharing requirements are fulfilled; initiate cost transfers.
