Responsibilities

• Prepare external financial reporting and invoicing for sponsored projects.
• Review project expenses, budgets, and financial activity for compliance.
• Analyze award documents and cost accounting standards to support financial management.
• Maintain grant master data and award documentation in SAP.
• Monitor award accounts and assess risk to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain electronic audit trails and supporting documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with sponsors, principal investigators, and departments for financial guidance.
• Process journal vouchers ensuring policy compliance.
