Job summary

Apple Tree Dental, a nationally recognized nonprofit dental care provider, seeks a Development Associate, Donor Engagement and Grants to support fundraising, donor communications, and development administration. You will gather program data for grants, manage reporting, and help nurture relationships with funders and sponsors.

Responsibilities include coordinating grant proposals, tracking deadlines, preparing impact stories, and supporting donor campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of nonprofit development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (10+ years acceptable).
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Grant writing, management, and reporting for programs and initiatives.
• Donor cultivation and stewardship activities with corporations, foundations, and individuals.
• Manage donor database and CRM reporting and campaigns.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
