Job summary

HOPE Family Health seeks a Development & Grants Specialist to drive grant development and fundraising efforts. The role coordinates federal, state, local, and private grants, collaborating with leadership and program staff to assemble compelling proposals and reports.

The position also supports donor stewardship, community partnerships, and strategic communications to expand HOPE’s impact and diversify funding. On-site work is expected in the service region.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Experience coordinating grant applications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of grant development including proposal writing, budgeting, submission, tracking and reporting.
• Gather data, narratives, outcomes, and supporting documentation from departments for grant applications.
• Maintain a grants calendar to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
• Support donor stewardship, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Develop materials and storytelling content communicating HOPE’s mission and impact.
