Job summary

HOPE Family Health Services is seeking a Development & Grants Specialist to advance fundraising, grant development, donor stewardship, and community partnerships. You will coordinate all grant life-cycle stages, gather outcomes data, and help tell HOPE’s impact to funders and supporters.

You will work with executive leadership to diversify funding, strengthen communications, and support capital and program initiatives across HOPE’s service regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, nonprofit management, business, marketing, journalism, healthcare administration, English, social services, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered for grant writing and fundraising roles.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and coordinate Federal, State, local, and private foundation grant opportunities.
• Coordinate all phases of grant development including proposal writing, budgeting, submission, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to gather data, narratives, outcomes, and supporting documentation for grants.
• Maintain a grants calendar to ensure timely submissions, renewals, and compliance.
• Assist with donor stewardship, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
• Develop and manage an organizational grant pipeline from identification through reporting.
