Job summary

WHITE MOUNTAIN APACHE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. seeks a Grant/Data Coordinator to coordinate grant planning, data collection, and reporting. You will ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Tribal regulations, and with payer requirements including IHS 638 contracts.

The role involves developing and maintaining grant databases, generating reports for funders, and protecting confidential client information while coordinating with the Assistant Director of Prevention Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health and human services, data management systems or related field, or 4 years of relevant combination of education and experience.
• Experience with data collection, data analysis, and creating data-based reporting.
• Knowledge of data entry and managing databases for grants and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders including vendors.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and coordinating grant proposals for one or more departments.
• Maintains databases and reports on grants, awards, and related statistics.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, tribal laws and payer requirements.
• Generates regular funder reports including narratives and quantitative data.
• Manages confidential client databases and improves data systems.
• Trains staff on data collection, confidentiality, and records management.
