• Ability to manage multiple grants, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; works well with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all grants awarded and ensures compliance.
• Lead grant proposal development and submission, and monitor applications.
• Research new funding opportunities at local, state, and federal levels.
• Maintain funder relationships and prepare financial reports.
• Develop budgets with program staff and directors; analyze variances.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for funders/investors.
• Coordinate with grant team to ensure accurate grant status.
• Monitor outcomes and performance metrics to meet funder guidelines.
• Ensure proper data collection and reporting for grant monitoring.
