Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years grants administration, budgeting, or contracts.
  • Experience with grant compliance, reporting, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Administers lower-complexity grants and defined components of larger awards under supervision.
  • Monitors grant requirements, deadlines, performance measures, and reporting schedules.
  • Maintains grant files, expenditures, and documentation for audits and closeouts.
  • Assists with preparation and submission of grant applications and amendments.
  • Tracks expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursements for assigned grants.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions to obtain information for grant administration and reporting.
  • Develops spreadsheets, trackers, or dashboards to monitor deadlines and deliverables.
