The position is on-site in Little Rock, AR, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, invoicing, and coordination of external partners to ensure timely grant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in grants management or related administrative support roles.

Position Summary

The Grants Coordinator will coordinate the preparation and submission of grant applications and proposals. Ensure that all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly. Monitor active grants, ensuring that progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation are submitted as required. Assist in the development and maintenance of grant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Review and process invoices, budgets, and reports related to grants. Provide support and guidance to grant recipients regarding the administration of their grants. Coordinate communication between the grants team and external stakeholders, including funding agencies and grant recipients.

This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available.

Job Responsibilities And Expected Results
  • Review budget and expenditures in AWARE.
  • Produce expenditure and draw reports.
  • Compile data for federal reporting.
  • Process daily payment requests in AWARE.
  • Work with clients and vendors to establish vendor numbers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Grants Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the administration and oversight of grant applications and processes. Primary Responsibilities

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of grants management practices, including budgeting and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, grant recipients, and external agencies. Strong attention to detail and the ability to review complex documents for accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grants management software.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, or a related field preferred. Two years of experience in grants management or related administrative support roles.
