Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Grants Administrator to support residency and addiction medicine training programs and related grant initiatives. The role involves ensuring compliance, coordinating reporting, and tracking program outcomes for funding sources.

You will work closely with the Project Director and Addiction Medicine leadership to meet grant objectives, deadlines, and funder communications, while contributing to grant strategy and continuous program improvement across

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Supports administrative, programmatic, and grant compliance activities for residency and addiction medicine training programs.
  • Monitors grant deliverables, reporting requirements, key deadlines, and funder communications to ensure compliance with award requirements.
  • Assists with tracking program outcomes and performance measures to support grant reporting and continuous program improvement.
  • Collaborates with residency program leadership to coordinate resident schedules, educational activities, and community-based training experiences.
  • Assists with data collection and preparation of interim and final reports to support grant-funded objectives.
  • Supports grant administration activities, including reporting, documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination of grant-funded training activities.
  • Identifies and pursues new sources of public and private grant revenue.
  • Assists with communications, special projects, and other duties that support residency programs and organizational goals.

Short Description
  • Supports administrative, programmatic, and grant compliance activities for physician residency and addiction medicine training programs and other addiction medicine initiatives serving individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations.
  • Works closely with the Project Director and Addiction Medicine leadership teams to monitor grant deliverables, reporting requirements, key deadlines, and funder communications to ensure compliance with grant objectives and award requirements.
  • Assists with tracking program outcomes and performance measures to support grant reporting and continuous program improvement.
  • Collaborates with residency program leadership to coordinate resident schedules, educational activities, and community-based training experiences in non-traditional care settings.
  • Assists with data collection and the preparation of interim and final reports to support grant-funded objectives.
  • Supports grant administration activities, including reporting, documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination of grant-funded training activities.
  • Identify, pursue and write new sources of both public and private grant revenue.
  • Assists with communications, special projects, and other duties that support residency programs, addiction medicine programs, community outreach, and organizational goals.
Experience Required
