Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 3 years of education and experience after high school.
• Education and experience must be in business or public administration, accounting, grants or contracts processing, or business management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with grant project managers to ensure compliance with procedures for fiscal management of grant programs.
• Documents and tracks grant project expenses, including matching funds, and reviews payment requests for compliance with contract/grant terms.
• Prepares and assists grant managers in acquiring grant-funded products, services and activities.
• Analyzes grant expenditure data and prepares fiscal projections, monthly and quarterly financial reports, and advises on keeping expenditures within budget.
• Provides monthly financial reports to grant managers and keeps them informed of financial status.
