Job summary

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a Grants and Contracts Manager to oversee contracts, grants, compliance activities and performance data at our Boynton Beach location. This role ensures requirements are met, uses data for program improvement, and supervises the Grants and Contracts Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing federally/state funded grants and contracts.
• 3 years of leadership including supervisory experience.
• Experience in Federal and State grants administration and audit support.
• Experience in data collection and use for quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operational lifecycle of agency contracts and grants, including compliance monitoring, reporting, renewals, amendments, closeout, and required documentation.
• Interprets contractual, regulatory, and funder requirements and provides guidance to program and administrative staff.
• Identifies compliance risks and develops processes and controls to ensure contractual, regulatory, and agency requirements are met.
• Leads data analysis and continuous quality improvement efforts to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervises and develops the Grants and Contracts Specialist, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
