Job summary

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a Grants and Contracts Manager to oversee the agency's contracts, grants, and compliance activities in Boynton Beach.

You will ensure requirements are met and use data to support program improvement while supervising the Grants and Contracts Specialist. This full-time role follows a standard weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm) at our Boynton Beach location and offers a compensation up to $70,000 per year, commensurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• 5 years of increasingly responsible positions managing and/or monitoring publicly funded grants, contracts and/or early learning programs, or closely related experience.
• 3 years of leadership experiences in management including one year of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in administration of Federal and State grants and audit support.
• Experience in collecting, tracking, analyzing and using data for continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operational lifecycle of agency contracts and grants, including compliance monitoring, reporting, renewals, amendments, closeout, and required documentation.
• Interprets contractual, regulatory, and funder requirements and provides guidance to program and administrative staff.
• Identifies compliance risks and develops processes and controls to ensure contractual, regulatory, and agency requirements are met.
• Leads data analysis and continuous quality improvement efforts to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervises and develops the Grants and Contracts Specialist, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.

SUMMARY:

The Grants and Contracts Manager oversees the agency's contracts, grants, compliance activities, and performance data. This position ensures requirements are met, uses data to support program improvement and decision making, and supervises the Grants and Contracts Specialist.

PAYRATE:

up to $70,000 per year commensurate with experience.

HOURS:

This is a full-time position, and business hours at the Boynton location are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
