Job summary

LYRIC, a nonprofit serving LGBTQQ+ youth, is hiring a Contract Manager to oversee contract administration, budgeting, invoicing, and compliance across government and institutional grants. This remote role requires periodic in-person attendance in the San Francisco Bay Area and reports to the VP of Finance.

You will collaborate across Finance, Programs, Development, and HR to ensure deliverables are met, funds tracked accurately, and fiscal integrity is maintained.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grants management experience with city, state, or federal funders.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and financial tracking.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with San Francisco grantmaking systems and reporting tools.
• Nonprofit budgeting, invoicing, and audit preparation knowledge.
• Excellent communicator with funders, colleagues, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract processing for new and renewing grants, including scopes of work and budgets.
• Monitor funder requirements and documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices for government contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate expenses and staff time.
• Maintain digital contract records and support audits.
