Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a dedicated financial administrator to manage extramural and intramural funds supporting research, operations, and instructional programs within the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Under general supervision, the incumbent will perform post-award management, develop proposals, awards and transactions, maintain grant records, and provide financial analysis and reports to faculty and the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 1-3+ years of experience in financial management or contracts/grants administration.
• Experience with budgets, salaries and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage extramural and intramural funds supporting research, operations and instructional programs.
• Provide post-award management, financial analysis and reporting to faculty and finance team.
• Develop research proposals, awards and transactions related to contract and grant management; maintain grant records.
