Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in grants management, budgeting, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state grant requirements and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and grant/contract management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-award and post-award grant administration.
• Develop and monitor grant budgets, reports, reimbursements, and invoices.
• Ensure grant compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and policies.
• Coordinate grant reviews, budgets, and documentation.
• Administer contract process including routing, tracking, and records.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support audits and closeouts.
• Research funding opportunities and collaborate with departments.
