Job summary

Wellness Pointe is seeking a Grants and Compliance Coordinator to support grant development, performance monitoring, FTCA documentation, and provider credentialing in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while collaborating with program managers and HR for credentialing and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree and/or prior experience with FQHCs preferred.
• Familiarity with FTCA requirements and HRSA program expectations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and assembles grant applications, letters of intent, and required attachments.
• Track and monitor performance metrics and deliverables for active grants.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Assist in post-award grant compliance, including recordkeeping and closeout.
• Coordinate credentialing files in accordance with HRSA, CMS, and organizational standards.
• Support FTCA compliance documentation and risk management reviews.
