Job summary

Liberty Elementary School District 25 seeks a Grants Accountant to oversee fiscal components of district grants, coordinate grant applications, and monitor expenditures for compliance with state and federal guidelines. The role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will manage grants budgets, prepare reports, and maintain documentation for audits, while ensuring adherence to USFR, CFR, EDGAR, and UGG standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governmental grant accounting and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with USFR, CFR, EDGAR, UGG and related regulations.
• Experience with grant budgeting, reimbursements, and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal components of district grants and related budgets.
• Coordinate grant applications and management in Grants Management System and eCivis.
• Monitor grant expenditures and compliance with program guidelines.
