Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Health Care Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, English or Communications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grant funding and compliance, including knowledge of grant regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor awarded grants for compliance with budget funding requirements, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Provide departmental administrative support and assist with audits and reviews by coordinating documentation and logistics.
• Track program performance outcomes and support data collection for evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Support contract and partnership development related to grant-funded initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying funding trends and aligning opportunities with organizational goals.
• Develop grant calendars and ensure proper transfer and reconciliation of funds.
