Utah Transit Authority is seeking a Mobility Grants Compliance Officer to administer grant compliance for the Section 5310 program, manage subrecipient activities, and oversee reimbursement workflows. The role supports the Coordinated Mobility Department through grant lifecycle activities including application, award, contracting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in urban planning, social sciences, business, public administration, communications, English or related field.
• At least one year of grants management, funding applications and/or proposals, federal compliance or related business writing.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to summarize and organize data clearly.
• Familiarity with federal grant programs and Americans with Disabilities Act is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers grant compliance activities for the Section 5310 program and related grants.
• Monitors subrecipients, reviews quarterly reports, and coordinates invoicing and reimbursements.
• Provides compliance training and technical assistance to stakeholders.
• Maintains public resources, training materials, and contributes to reporting and risk assessment.
