Qualifications

• One year of experience in research, compliance analysis, data analytics, legal analysis, and/or auditing work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written reports and present findings to senior executives and agencies.
• Analyze multiple grants including Uniform Grant Guidance and state/federal standards.
• Assist with government-funded grant compliance issues and desk/onsite reviews.
• Monitor policy updates and publish guidance materials for internal and external audiences.
• Develop presentations and grant compliance training for TxDOT divisions and external partners.
• Maintain and update data dashboards and analyze large datasets.
