Job summary

Howard University is seeking a Sponsored Programs Billing & Reporting Analyst to manage end-to-end cash flow, invoicing, and financial reporting for sponsored awards. You will work with Treasury, post-award teams, and departments to ensure compliant, timely billing and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance, sponsor reporting, and use of PMS/ASAP/G5/ACM$ systems, plus attention to detail and collaboration across stakeholders within the Office of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sponsored program accounting or billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for grants and contracts in alignment with sponsor terms.
• Submit financial reports (interim, annual, final) per sponsor requirements.
• Monitor deadlines and manage the reporting calendar to ensure timely submissions.
• Reconcile LOC drawdowns to Workday expenditure data and maintain logs.
