Schedule/Hours:M–F, 40 hours a week, 8:30AM to 4:30PMThis Position Is Responsible For:Identify potential grant opportunities via research of typical and atypical channels. Prepares funding proposals and applications for new government, corporate, foundations and private funding prospects, and submits on a timely basis. Serves as the Point of Contact for Q&A with funders during in-person or online application review meetings Reviews contracts for compliance with applicable laws and regulations; prepares contracts for submission to Social Services, Property Management or other DHQ departments. Responds to inquiries from DHQ and DFB. Implements and maintains funding calendar activities including a schedule of compliance reporting and requirements. Activates necessary resources to provide information in support of compliance requirements. Maintains appropriate databases established by funders such as Council On Aging and the HFUW 211 website.Key Responsibilities:This position description should not be interpreted as all inclusive.
