Job summary

CenterState CEO Foundation and Invest CNY are seeking an Advancement Coordinator to enhance revenue development through grant writing, donor management, and board support. You will draft grant applications, prepare reporting templates, and coordinate donor communications with staff and partners.

This full-time, hybrid role reports to the VP of Strategic Advancement/Executive Director and supports multiple programs, including fiscally sponsored projects, ensuring deadlines are met and records are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordination and/or administrative, grant writing, fundraising, marketing/communications, or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Support grant and contract opportunity research and decision-making.
• Develop application templates and draft/edit applications.
• Coordinate information from staff and partners to deadlines.
• Upload materials to funder portals and track status.
• Develop grant reporting templates and track deadlines.
• Manage donor records and issue acknowledgements and receipts.
• Support fiscally sponsored projects and board materials prep.
• Assist with communications for funders/donors.
