Job summary

JCC Association of North America seeks a Vice President of Advancement Operations to serve as the operational engine behind our national Advancement function. This senior role partners with department heads, Finance, and IT to keep complex, multi-year grants on track, ensure data integrity in the donor CRM, and build systems for scalable fundraising.

You will oversee grant lifecycles, gift processing, and reporting to funders while leading a small team in our New York City office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in advancement operations or fundraising.
• Experience supporting multi-year, multi-funder grants.
• Strong donor CRM experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in the Jewish nonprofit sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Grants Oversight: manage multi-year, multi-funder grants with budgets and deliverables.
• Oversee Gift Processing/Database: ensure gifts are entered, acknowledged, and reconciled; maintain CRM integrity.
• Team Management: supervise advancement operations staff in NYC and foster collaboration.
• Systems and Fundraising Infrastructure: evaluate and implement fundraising tech and integrate CRM with online giving.
• Cross-Organizational partnership: represent Advancement Operations in cross-department planning.
