Job summary

The Alaska Division of Water is seeking a Grants Administrator to support Village Safe Water projects and related grants and loans. You will handle federal applications, grant origination, closeouts, and timely reporting, while supervising junior staff and developing procedures.

You will work within a team dedicated to protecting water quality and supporting infrastructure projects across Alaska, with some telework options for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional grant and loan administration for Facilities Programs, primarily Village Safe Water projects.
• Complete federal applications and generate community grant and loan origination and closeouts.
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring, maintaining compliance across programs.
• Supervise two lower-level Grants Administrator 2s; contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support Division of Water goals.
