Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Grants Manager to oversee day-to-day grant activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and federal, state, city, and foundation grant requirements. You’ll lead Grant Analysts and Grant Billers, coordinate audits, and liaise with awarding agencies from the Denver office.

The role requires experience in grant billing, strong accounting skills, and the ability to guide a team while ensuring timely financial reporting and accuracy across multiple grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in grant billing is required.
• Supervisory or management experience in grant management preferred.
• Experience using Sage Intacct software preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and grant reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day grant billing activities and supervise Grant Analysts and Grant Billers.
• Review and prepare grant billings and reports to meet due dates (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Provide training for Grant Analysts and Grant Billers.
• Coordinate with internal staff and subrecipients to ensure grants compliance.
• Assist with APR preparation and subrecipient monitoring.
• Liaise with external auditors for single audit and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
