Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Grants Manager to lead day-to-day grant operations, coordinate with the Director of Grants & Compliance, and ensure compliance with funder requirements. This role manages Grant Analysts and Grant Billers, and interfaces with program staff and subrecipients to maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in grant billing.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems; Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant billing experience is required and oversees related staff.
• Review grant billings and reports to meet due dates.
• Provide training for Grant Analysts and Grant Billers.
• Coordinate with internal and external grant inquiries.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting records and coordinate single audits.
• Monitor subrecipient expenditures and assist with audits.
