Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced supervision and strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises grant staff responsible for tracking expenditures, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepares/reviews reimbursement requests to external funding partners to ensure timely drawdown.
• Ensures accuracy of general ledger for grants and asset projects; reconciles monthly/quarterly/annually.
