The position is temporary-to-permanent with a pay rate of $32/hr. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of relevant nonprofit accounting experience are required; strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Nonprofit fund accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with government contracts, vouchers, and claims.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contracts and grants.
• Prepare grant proposals, budgets, budget modifications, and financial analyses.
• Review grants monthly to ensure accurate financial data for claims and reimbursements.
• Manage allocation of personnel and OTPS costs to contracts.
• Perform budget variance reviews and prepare financial reports.
• Track grant receivables, claims, and payments.
• Reconcile contract accounts and general ledger activity.
• Prepare timely reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Respond to financial and compliance information requests.
