Job summary

Delgado Community College seeks a Grantee Evaluation Coordinator/Data Analyst to oversee participant data collection and tracking for the GNOIP program. You will work with Delgado programs and sub awardees to ensure timely data capture for WIPS processing and study activities.

Qualifications

• BA in data science/analytics, evaluation, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education and workforce development using and entering data into an ERP system.
• Working knowledge of Banner, CRIS, and tracking student learning outcomes in government systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection and tracking for GNOIP with Delgado Community College programs and sub awardees.
• Develop processes to capture student participation and outcomes for WIPS processing; monitor data quality.
• Serve as liaison to the National Study Team and coordinate data requests and data sharing.
• Review data for completeness and quality; follow up with institutions on data questions.
