The Hawaii Pacific Section of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) is seeking a Grant Writer to support program funding initiatives. You will identify opportunities, craft persuasive grant proposals, and coordinate with program and finance teams to articulate impact and outcomes.

Strong writing, research, and budgeting skills are essential to advance our mission across Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Marianas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven grant writing experience with a track record of securing funding.
  • Ability to write persuasively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong research skills and knowledge of funder databases.
  • Experience developing budgets for proposals and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Research funding opportunities aligned with programs and needs.
  • Write grant proposals and develop compelling narratives.
  • Ensure compliance with funder requirements and reporting.
  • Collaborate with program, finance, and leadership teams to strengthen proposals.
